The rates include the documentation of the congress, coffees, meals for July 7 and 8 and the welcome drink.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

An online registration system has been made available to attendees through this page. You must fill in the information required in the form, and make the payment. Once done, you will automatically appear as registered, also receiving an email confirming the registration; To validate the registration, do not forget to send a copy of the receipt of the transfer made to the email aasaasociacion@gmail.com.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION POLICY

Once the data and the payment of the registration have been confirmed, by the Technical Secretariat, you will receive an email confirming the registration with the details of the registration, duly informing you of the possible future actions.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY


The user has the right to a refund of the full amount of the registration provided that the cancellation policy conditions are met, which are determined for this congress and is public from the beginning of the congress registration period. The return will be made through the same payment method used to purchase.


CANCELLATION POLICY


If you cannot attend the Congress, and you cannot transfer your registration to another person, you can request a refund of the amount paid as long as the reasons that must be force majeure are justified. This requires that you send us a written request via email. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation / refund policy due to travel related issues, natural disasters, or other personal reasons. Cancellations must be reported in writing to seamosradicales2020@gmail.com. Cancellations informed by any other means are not accepted. In this email, all the purchase data must be recorded, adding the congress data, name and surname, date and contact information as well as the document received when making the payment. If you submit your refund request less than 30 days before the first day of the Congress, you will not receive any refund. It will take 2-4 weeks to process your refund.
